Unifying Sales Data and Driving Actionable Insights

This project focused on designing and engineering InsightCRM, a dedicated platform built to solve the prevalent client challenge of fragmented, unactionable sales data and a lack of real-time visibility into the revenue funnel. The goal was to transform disparate sales metrics into a single, intuitive source of truth for Sales Directors and Executives.

Leveraging expertise from our CRM, Data & Automation Systems and UI/UX (Pillar 2) pillars, we delivered a comprehensive solution:

CRM Funnel & Journey Mapping: We structured the platform around critical sales workflows, mapping the journey from "Latest leads" to "Closing contract" to ensure no opportunities were missed.

Data Automation & Integrations: We engineered the backend to pull sales and revenue data from multiple sources into a unified system, creating a single source of truth.

Analytics Dashboard & Reporting: We designed a high-fidelity Analytics Dashboard that prioritizes crucial metrics, providing a clear Revenue Summary and real-time alerts on key sales activities (e.g., "My untouchable deals," "Today meetings"

UX Workflow Improvement: The dashboard was designed for maximum efficiency, presenting actionable items alongside strategic summaries (as seen in the "Today meetings" and "Latest leads" sections) to directly drive sales team productivity.

The InsightCRM project successfully streamlined sales operations, moving the client from retrospective reporting to real-time, predictive decision-making. The result is an improved capacity to manage open deals, identify bottlenecks, and ultimately drive consistent revenue growth.
